Are they dishwasher and microwave safe?

Most of our mugs and tableware are, and it is stated on each product page. The exception to watch is heat-sensitive mugs, the ones that change colour with hot liquid: they last much longer washed by hand, because aggressive dishwasher cycles wear the effect away.

Does the design fade with use?

Not with normal use. What damages a print is scouring pads and very hot, harsh cycles. A soft sponge and a standard programme keep a mug looking new for years.

What do I give someone who has just moved into a new kitchen?

Something they will use every day rather than something decorative: a mug they will claim as theirs, a set of tea towels, a tray or a jar. New kitchens are usually short of small everyday things and full of big ones.

How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in mainland Spain and 4 to 10 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs 4.95 euros in mainland Spain and 6.95 euros to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and it is free from 30 euros. We currently ship within Spain only, so if you need us to send an order somewhere else, write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we can do.

What if I get it wrong?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to change your mind, no explanation needed. Just email [email protected] and we will walk you through the return.
