Shipping and delivery
How long does my order take to arrive?
We prepare your order and hand it to the courier within a maximum of 24 to 48 working hours. Unless stated otherwise, delivery to mainland Spain takes 1 to 2 working days; to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla it takes 4 to 10 working days.
How much does shipping cost?
€4.95 to mainland Spain, €6.95 to the Balearic Islands and €6.95 to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping is free on all orders over €30 within Spain.
Do you ship outside Spain?
We currently deliver within Spain only. If you would like an order sent to another country, write to us at [email protected] telling us what you would like to order and the destination country, and we will confirm whether it is possible and how much the shipping would cost.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your parcel is with the courier you will receive an SMS or an email with the tracking number, so you can check where it is at any time.
Payments and security
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards, Bizum and PayPal. Your bank details never pass through or stay on our servers.
Is it safe to buy at happyideas.com?
Yes. Our site has an SSL certificate and all payments are handled through certified secure payment platforms, so your personal and banking information is always protected. Payment methods and their conditions are shown before you confirm the order.
Returns and problems
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase, with no need to give a reason. Write to [email protected] with your order number and we will explain the next steps. Once we receive the product in the same condition we sent it, we refund the amount using the same payment method you used.
What do I do if something is wrong or my order arrives damaged?
Write to [email protected] with your order number and what happened. If the product arrived damaged, attach photos as well and we will sort it out as quickly as we can.
