At Happyideas we make sure your order arrives as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. Here is everything you need to know about delivery times, delivery areas and shipping costs.
Delivery times
We ship every order with Correos Express and hand it over to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours. Once payment is confirmed:
- Mainland Spain: 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 4 to 10 working days (Monday to Friday).
Happyideas is not responsible for delays caused by Correos Express once the parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Free shipping on all orders over €30 within Spain.
Delivery area
We currently ship within Spain only. If you would like to receive an order outside Spain, write to us at [email protected] and we will tell you whether it is possible and how much the shipping would cost.
Tracking your order
Once your parcel has been handed over to Correos Express, you will receive an SMS or an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your order at any time.
Receiving your order
We recommend checking the parcel at the moment of delivery. If you notice any damage to the packaging, note it on the delivery document by signing "with reservations" and describing what you saw.
