At Happyideas we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here is how to return it.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. This period starts on the day you, or someone you nominated, received the last item of your order.
How to request a return
To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us with an unequivocal statement (an email, for example) through any of these channels:

It is enough to send us the communication before the 14-day period ends for the deadline to be met.
Returning the product
Once you have told us you are withdrawing, you must send the product back to us within a maximum of 14 calendar days, to this address:

You are only liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature and how it works.
Refund
We will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (with the exception of any extra costs arising from you choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest one we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
The refund is made using the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless you expressly tell us otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you supply proof of having sent it back, whichever comes first.
Guarantee of conformity
If the product you receive does not conform to the contract (faulty, or different from what you ordered), we are liable for a period of 2 years from delivery. In these cases you have the right to ask for repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
