What works as a favour for the guests?

Something small, useful and easy to carry home at two in the morning. Anything fragile or bulky ends up left on the table, however nice it looked in the photos.

How many favours should I order?

Order a few more than your guest list. There are always last-minute additions, breakages and people who want a second one, and reordering later rarely arrives in time.

How far ahead should I order?

For a large order, several weeks. Stock is limited on many pieces and buying a hundred of something is not the same as buying one, so the earlier you tell us, the safer it is. Write to [email protected] for large quantities.

What if the gift is for the couple themselves?

Home and kitchen pieces are the safest ground. If there is a gift list or a bank account, use it: it is what the couple has actually asked for, and it is never rude to follow it.

How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in mainland Spain and 4 to 10 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs 4.95 euros in mainland Spain and 6.95 euros to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and it is free from 30 euros. We currently ship within Spain only, so if you need us to send an order somewhere else, write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we can do.

What if I get it wrong?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to change your mind, no explanation needed. Just email [email protected] and we will walk you through the return.
