How does it work exactly?

You add three products from this section to your basket and the cheapest of the three is free. The discount is applied automatically before you pay, so there is no code to remember.

Can I mix different products?

Yes. Any three items from this section count, whatever category they belong to, so you can combine a mug, a notebook and a pouch in the same trio.

Does it stack with the sale?

No. The 3 for 2 applies to the products in this section at their listed price and does not combine with other discounts on the same item.

When is a 3 for 2 most useful?

When you have several birthdays coming up, or when you want to keep a spare gift in a drawer. It is also the cheapest way to reach the 30 euros that make shipping free.

How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in mainland Spain and 4 to 10 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs 4.95 euros in mainland Spain and 6.95 euros to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and it is free from 30 euros. We currently ship within Spain only, so if you need us to send an order somewhere else, write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we can do.

What if I get it wrong?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to change your mind, no explanation needed. Just email [email protected] and we will walk you through the return.
