Frequently asked questions about duvet covers

What size do I need?

Measure the duvet, not the bed. This is the single most common mistake and the one that causes most returns: a 150 cm bed can take a 240 or a 260 cm cover depending on how much overhang you like. The measurement of every cover is on its product page.

How do I wash it so the colour lasts?

Turn it inside out, wash cold and avoid the tumble dryer. Bright colours fade because of heat and sunlight far more than because of washing.

How do I get the duvet inside without a fight?

Turn the cover inside out, hold the two top corners of the duvet through it, shake it down and roll it up from the closed end like a sausage. Then unroll and button up. It takes about a minute once you have done it twice.

What do I combine it with?

Plain sheets and a couple of cushions in one of the colours already in the print. If the cover is busy, everything else should be quiet.

How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in mainland Spain and 4 to 10 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs 4.95 euros in mainland Spain and 6.95 euros to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and it is free from 30 euros. What if I get it wrong?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to change your mind, no explanation needed. Just email [email protected] and we will walk you through the return.
