What ages are they for?

Each product page states its recommended age. When you are between two options, choose slightly older: children grow into a toy in months, but they abandon a toy that is too easy in days.

Are they safe for babies?

Everything complies with European toy safety rules, and any minimum age marking must be respected. If a toy says three and up, that is almost always about small parts, not about skill.

Can they be cleaned?

Most can be wiped with a damp cloth, and fabric toys usually take a gentle cold wash. Check the label first, especially with anything containing electronics or a sound box.

Do they work as a new-baby gift?

Some do, but a newborn does not need a toy. Something for the room, a keepsake or clothing in a 6 to 12 month size is usually more useful to the parents in those first weeks.

How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in mainland Spain and 4 to 10 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs 4.95 euros in mainland Spain and 6.95 euros to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and it is free from 30 euros. We currently ship within Spain only, so if you need us to send an order somewhere else, write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we can do.

What if I get it wrong?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to change your mind, no explanation needed. Just email [email protected] and we will walk you through the return.
