Frequently asked questions about our sale

Do the discounted products have any defects?

None. They are the same products as the rest of the shop, in perfect condition. They are on sale because the season has changed or because we need to make room, not because there is anything wrong with them.

Can I return something bought in the sale?

Yes. Sale items carry exactly the same rights as any other purchase: 14 calendar days to change your mind, telling us at [email protected].

How long does the sale last?

While stock lasts, which in practice means the best pieces go first. Sale stock is not restocked, so what disappears from this page does not usually come back.

Does free shipping apply here too?

It does. Shipping is free from 30 euros within Spain, and the sale price is what counts towards that total.

How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in mainland Spain and 4 to 10 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs 4.95 euros in mainland Spain and 6.95 euros to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and it is free from 30 euros. We currently ship within Spain only, so if you need us to send an order somewhere else, write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we can do.

What if I get it wrong?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to change your mind, no explanation needed. Just email [email protected] and we will walk you through the return.
