Frequently asked questions about discounted stationery

What do I find here?

Notebooks, diaries, pencil cases and desk accessories at a reduced price. It is the same stationery as the rest of the shop, marked down because a season or an academic year has closed.

Are the discounted diaries for the current year?

Check the dates on each product page. Some are current and simply overstocked, and others belong to the year that is ending, which is exactly why they are cheap. Undated notebooks have no such problem.

Can I return them?

Yes, with the same rights as any other order: 14 calendar days from receiving it, writing to [email protected].

Is this a good moment to buy gifts?

It is one of the best. Stationery does not go off, so buying a notebook or a pencil case now for a birthday in six months costs less and takes the pressure off later.

How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in mainland Spain and 4 to 10 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs 4.95 euros in mainland Spain and 6.95 euros to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and it is free from 30 euros. We currently ship within Spain only, so if you need us to send an order somewhere else, write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we can do.

What if I get it wrong?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to change your mind, no explanation needed. Just email [email protected] and we will walk you through the return.
