What age is it suitable for?

Most of it works from about three years old, and from six upwards for anything school related. Age guidance is on each product page, and it usually exists because of small parts rather than difficulty.

Does it survive life in a school bag?

That is what it is made for: sturdy pencil cases, stitched notebooks and covers that put up with being crushed. A school bag is a harsher place than an office drawer and these are built accordingly.

Is it a good back-to-school gift?

It is one of the few gifts a child is genuinely pleased with in September. Letting them choose the design themselves makes a surprising difference to whether the thing gets used.

Does it work for a children’s birthday?

Very well, especially for a classmate’s party where you do not know the family. Stationery is useful, inexpensive and impossible to duplicate awkwardly.

How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in mainland Spain and 4 to 10 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs 4.95 euros in mainland Spain and 6.95 euros to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and it is free from 30 euros. We currently ship within Spain only, so if you need us to send an order somewhere else, write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we can do.

What if I get it wrong?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to change your mind, no explanation needed. Just email [email protected] and we will walk you through the return.
