How far ahead should I order for a specific date?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours, and mainland Spain takes 1 to 2 working days after that. Three or four working days ahead is comfortable, and a week is comfortable with room to spare.

What do you give at a wedding if you are not family?

Something for the home that they will use rather than something ceremonial: kitchen and table pieces, textiles, a decorative object. If there is a gift list or a bank account, follow it, because that is what the couple has actually asked for.

What about a new baby?

Think about the parents too. Beyond clothing in a 6 to 12 month size, a keepsake or something for the baby’s room lasts longer than another item for the first few weeks.

Can I mix products from several sections in one order?

Yes, everything travels in the same parcel with a single shipping cost, and it is free from 30 euros. Combining two small pieces often makes a better present than one larger one.

How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in mainland Spain and 4 to 10 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs 4.95 euros in mainland Spain and 6.95 euros to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and it is free from 30 euros. We currently ship within Spain only, so if you need us to send an order somewhere else, write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we can do.

What if I get it wrong?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to change your mind, no explanation needed. Just email [email protected] and we will walk you through the return.
