How much should I spend on a birthday gift?

Less than you think, and more thought than money. For a friend or a colleague, a well-chosen small object with a card beats an expensive one picked in a hurry, and nobody has ever measured a birthday present with a receipt.

What do I give someone who already has everything?

Something consumable or something funny. A candle, a mug they will actually use, a piece with a phrase that makes them laugh. People who own everything rarely own a good joke about themselves.

How far ahead should I order?

Three or four working days is comfortable. We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours and mainland Spain takes 1 to 2 working days after that.

Can I have it sent straight to the birthday person?

Yes, just enter their address as the delivery address when you order. If you want to add a message, write to [email protected] after ordering and we will do what we can.

How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in mainland Spain and 4 to 10 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs 4.95 euros in mainland Spain and 6.95 euros to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and it is free from 30 euros. We currently ship within Spain only, so if you need us to send an order somewhere else, write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we can do.

What if I get it wrong?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to change your mind, no explanation needed. Just email [email protected] and we will walk you through the return.
