How do I get the size right?

Check the measurements shown on each product page rather than relying on the label size, which varies a lot between brands. If the person is between two sizes, the larger one is almost always the safer gift.

Is clothing a good gift for a newborn?

It is, as long as you skip the newborn size. Babies grow out of it in weeks and everyone gives it, so a 6 to 12 month size is the gift that actually gets worn.

How do I wash it so it lasts?

Cold or lukewarm water, inside out, and no tumble dryer if there is a print. Heat is what cracks a print and shrinks a cotton garment, far more than the washing itself.

What if it does not fit?

You have 14 calendar days to return it, provided it is unworn and still has its labels. Write to [email protected] and we will sort it out.

How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in mainland Spain and 4 to 10 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs 4.95 euros in mainland Spain and 6.95 euros to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and it is free from 30 euros. We currently ship within Spain only, so if you need us to send an order somewhere else, write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we can do.

What if I get it wrong?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to change your mind, no explanation needed. Just email [email protected] and we will walk you through the return.
