Yellow Book ceramic vase, 20 x 15 x 6.5 cm

This vase reproduces the shape of an open book: seen from the front it looks like a volume propped on a shelf, and only up close do you find the opening on top for the flowers. It measures 20 x 15 x 6.5 centimetres, with a narrow base that lets it slot in among real books on a shelf, which is where it is at its best.

It is made from ceramic, in a bright yellow that works as a hit of colour in neutral corners: a wooden shelf, a white side table, or the gap in a bookcase.
