An A5 notebook — 14.8 x 21 centimetres — with 80 pages of 80 gram dotted paper, the format halfway between plain and squared: it works equally for writing straight, making lists or sketching diagrams. The cover carries the phrase «No me da la vida» in Spanish — "there aren't enough hours in the day".

The cover is padded rigid card, so it survives being carried in a bag without the corners bending.
