I have no idea what to give. Where do I start?

Start with the person, not the object: what they do every day, what makes them laugh, what they always lose. A gift that fits a daily habit beats an expensive one that has nowhere to live.

Are gifts with a printed message a good idea for a work colleague?

They work when the message is generous and general. Anything that relies on an in-joke or points at a personal trait is risky in an office, where the gift is usually opened in front of everyone.

How much is it worth spending?

Less than you fear. Most of our gifts sit in a range where the thought does the work, and adding a card or combining two small things reads better than one costly item.

Can I order with little time to spare?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours, and delivery in mainland Spain takes 1 to 2 working days. Ordering three or four working days ahead is comfortable; the same week is usually still fine.

How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in mainland Spain and 4 to 10 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs 4.95 euros in mainland Spain and 6.95 euros to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and it is free from 30 euros. We currently ship within Spain only, so if you need us to send an order somewhere else, write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we can do.

What if I get it wrong?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to change your mind, no explanation needed. Just email [email protected] and we will walk you through the return.
