How do I get the age right?

When in doubt, aim slightly older. A toy that is a little advanced gets played with for months once the child grows into it, while one that is too easy is abandoned in a week.

Are the toys safe?

Everything we sell for children complies with European toy safety rules, and any age restriction is shown on the product page. Please respect the minimum age marking, which usually exists because of small parts.

What do I give a newborn?

Honestly, something for the parents as much as the baby. Newborns do not need toys, so a keepsake, something for the room or clothing in a 6 to 12 month size tends to be far more useful than another rattle.

What about decorating their room?

There is a kids decor section with prints, lamps and textiles. Children grow out of very specific themes fast, so a colour or a shape lasts longer than a licensed character.

How long does delivery take?

We hand the parcel to the courier within a maximum of 48 working hours from the moment your payment is confirmed. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days in mainland Spain and 4 to 10 in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping costs 4.95 euros in mainland Spain and 6.95 euros to the islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and it is free from 30 euros. We currently ship within Spain only, so if you need us to send an order somewhere else, write to [email protected] and we will tell you what we can do.

What if I get it wrong?

You have 14 calendar days from receiving the order to change your mind, no explanation needed. Just email [email protected] and we will walk you through the return.
